I'm thrilled to be featured in the first episode of a new season of BBC Radio 4's prime science show: The Life Scientific. In this show, host Professor Jim Al-Khalili "talks to leading scientists about their life and work, finding out what inspires and motivates them and asking what their discoveries might do for mankind." I'll be talking - of course - about the science of consciousness, and what the implications are for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
The episode was recorded in front of a live audience at the 2015 Hay Festival in May, and will go to air on June 16th (9am, repeated at 9:30pm, iPlayerable thereafter.)
